National Premium wins PPAI technology award for social media

As we mentioned previously, National Premium (@natlpremium, NP) was nominated along with 4 other companies (Leeds, Crown Products, Leaderpromos, and Motivators) both supplier and distributors for the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) technology award in social media.  At the awards reception at the PPAI Expo, NP was awarded the silver award.

The booklet said, “This Social Media strategy is geared toward engaging suppliers, clients, prospects and employees in a social conversation to build a stronger relationship and more trust. Multiple posts a day provide a view of the company on a personal level by delivering opportunities to connect and reinforce the overall brand via this online channel.”

We are so excited to have partnered with NP throughout the last year to help make this possible.  Congrats to NP and all of their friends and followers for making this happen!

How are your customers communicating?

The New York Times recently reads:

"Signs you’re an old fogey: You still watch movies on a VCR, listen to vinyl records and shoot photos on film. And you enjoy using e-mail."

You need to reach your customers where they live, and it isn't through e-mail anymore. People are living through social media (e.g., Facebook).

What is your business doing to meet them there?
